How about Distance Training?
Distance Training is a 12 week, 36 session program. The program is custom designed for, weight loss, bulking up, agility, strength, core and any combination depending on your personal goal. You receive weekly exercise programs showing you the weight to use, number of sets and reps per set along with a illustration and instruction on how to complete each exercise. The program illustrates the use of the standard weights you would find at your local gym along with medicine balls, BOSU balls, physio balls and bands. This program can be printed off each week. Of course you can call or e-mail with any questions about the program during the 12 week program. The cost is $450 for a 12 weeks 36 sessions.

- Set up a reward system for both your short and long term goals.
- My job then is to guide and assist you through the program. Help keep you focused, provide motivation, exercises, push and challenges and celebrate each success with you.
